Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

Pack Your Items

Place the earplugs and all original packaging, including the carry case and silicone ear tips, into a secure mailing envelope.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at your nearest designated shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
